Professional Supervision

All our Counsellors undergo extensive external supervision and the Counsellors are all accredited or working towards that accreditation per BACP Guidelines.

Evaluation of our work

Our Counselling and Coaching Services use a range of evaluation tools. Apart from external supervision sessions, we use CORE PC - a Clinical Outcomes System for Routine Evaluation of our work. We also have commissioned an independent consultant to evaluate and to audit part of our work as an ongoing support function to professional supervision.

Life Coaching:

We consider that Life Coaching can be used as an alternative to counselling in some situations concentrating on the client's whole life instead of one small area. The need for honesty and unwavering belief in the client's potential can of great assistance both within the work environment and various personal circumstances. Life Style and Skill Coaching Development maximises the benefit of the interpersonal relationship between the Life Coach and client and has a great effect on assisting with problem solving skills. We believe that supporting client's positive life style choices will help to build confidence and promote self esteem in a holistic manner.

We have experience of offering "Condition Management" assessment and practice to certain clients addressing issues of worklessness.
